Hanna Al Sayed

One thing I particularly like (on first impression) about Hanna's work is the brutalist, industrial element. I've always been attracted to the detritus of modern culture, which is why past work has often been constructed of things people either want to get rid of or have thrown away.

I would be interested to see how adding an element of motion or interactivity, two elements that seem to spring up regularly in my work, would effect the overall outcome.

I'm not sure quite how the post-industrialist elements will work with my practice. The aesthetic definitely works with the kind of form my pieces generally take.
